Physical DescriptionA round pinback slogan button. White text on a black background reads: NO / THIRD TERM. A union bug is printed along the rim of the button. The manufacturer's information and a union bug are printed on a white paper insert on the reverse of the button.
Historical NoteWhen FDR ran for an unprecedented third term as president in 1940, critics labeled him a potential dictator. Others argued a third term would lead to war.
