Physical DescriptionA ship model of the Gloucester fishing schooner, GERTRUDE L. THEBAUD. The wooden sailboat has a hull painted black and red with white trim and two masts with unfurled sails made of paper. The model is fixed to a stained wooden cradle stand.
Historical NoteThis model was presented to President Roosevelt by Alfred E. Peters of Medford, Massachusetts on March 28, 1942.
