Issued by the U.S. Navy Recruiting Bureau, poster no. NRB—22460—12-22-38—6500. The number "403" is in the lower right corner.

Stamped twice in black ink on the poster (in the lower left and lower right corners) is an address: U. S. NAVY RECRUITING STATION / POST OFFICE BUILDING / POUGHKEEPSIE, N. Y.
