Physical DescriptionA brown, vegetable tanned leather portfolio with a gold tooling around the edges and a large script "R" on the cover. The portfolio contains a printed inspirational message, "Lincoln Speaks Again," written by James T. Magan and delivered by Orval Mullis, February 12, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois. The portfolio also contains a loose sheet of vellum.
