Physical DescriptionA red, white, and blue crocheted 48-star American flag with crocheted stars on both the front and reverse sides. The flag has a white satin header.
Historical NoteThis handmade flag was sent to Franklin Roosevelt as a 1941 Christmas gift by the maker, Mrs. Evaline (James) Hall of Bay City, Michigan.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt on February 28, 1942. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
