Physical DescriptionA painted plaster head and shoulders bust of Winston Churchill. He is wearing a dark blue, double-breasted pea coat with yellow buttons, and a matching brimmed cap. In his mouth is a cigar. The title of the sculpture is inscribed on the front of the shallow base: WINNIE. The artist's signature is inscribed on the reverse of the base: JAMES MONTGOMERY FLAGG.
