Physical DescriptionA World War II U.S. Army production poster titled, “COOPERATING FOR VICTORY.” The light brown, black, and white poster features an engraved illustration of a civilian young woman, wearing a U.S. Army badge, seated at a typewriter. Around her are line drawings of American soldiers in battle. Text below the illustration reads, “SUGGEST . . . a better way to do your job!” The artist’s facsimile signature is on the right side of the illustration: “C. X. CARLSON.” On the left side of the illustration is the Great Seal of the United States.
