Physical DescriptionA hand painted lithograph of Porta Venezia (formerly known as Porta Orientale, Porta Renza and by other names), one of the historical gates of the city of Milan, Italy. There are two matching gate houses in the Greek style, with fashionably dressed people strolling or riding. There is no artist's information, but the original engraving was done by Federico Lose.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt on August 18, 1942. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
