The poster features a cartoon depicting five young boys in a soap box car hurtling down a bumpy hill at high speed. One of the children is holding an American flag and saying, "'If car pooling wasn't patriotic I'd get off.'" At the bottom of the hill are several houses fronted by a sign reading “POOL YOUR CAR.” The artist’s facsimile signature is in the lower right corner of the artwork: “Garrett Price.”
