Physical DescriptionAn overstuffed wing chair upholstered in blue velvet. The chair is simply styled with four mahogany feet with casters.
Historical NoteThe wing chair is similar in style and fabric to chairs in the Monroe Room in the White House during the Roosevelt administration. It is on display in FDR'S PRIVATE STUDY in the Permanent Exhibit.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
