Physical DescriptionA small, round tilt-top tea table made of mahogany. The top has gadroon edging and the underside features a brass lock which, when released, allows the top to flip down and rest vertically. The three legs finish in claw-and-ball feet. There is no maker's mark.
Historical NoteThis tilt-top tea table by an unknown maker is on display in FDR'S PRIVATE STUDY in the Permanent Exhibit.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
