Physical DescriptionA magnifying glass with a chrome-plated metal lens surround and a leather-wrapped handle. The manufacturer's information is stamped into the side of the surround: ATCO / U.S.A. The lens is protected by a removable brown leather cover.
Historical NoteA lifelong stamp enthusiast, Franklin Roosevelt used tools like this magnifier to examine stamps in his collection.
