Physical DescriptionA "rose-velt" ribbon ribbon from Franklin Roosevelt's campaign. A red fabric rose, with a green wire stem, is inserted through the top of a vertical white ribbon with the letters VELT in blue running lengthwise anchored by two blue stars. The manufacturer's information, and a union bug, are printed at the top of ribbon.
