Physical DescriptionA woven campaign ribbon. On a pale green background is a printed blue-green portrait of an unidentified man. Above and below the portrait, in blue-green lettering, is the message: VICTORY / DEMOCRATIC TICKET / Tariff Reform.

The reverse of the ribbon is lined with a gold-colored fabric.
Historical NoteThis 19th century campaign ribbon was sent to Franklin D. Roosevelt by Margaret S. Allen of Camden, New Jersey.
