Physical DescriptionAn intricate cut paper design created from several layers of white tissue paper. The design consists of a bush thick with petaled and thistle-like flowers in which two birds (possibly doves) are holding a banner that reads: PRESIDENT / FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT.
Historical NoteThis cut paper design is one of six (MO 1941.12.41.1-6) with similarly-themed designs.
