Physical DescriptionAn oval bronze plaque featuring a relief head and shoulders portrait of Franklin Roosevelt. FDR is partially turned to the left and is wearing a suit jacket, shirt, and tie. Raised lettering below the portrait reads: F.D. ROOSEVELT. The plaque is mounted to a stained wood stand and base.
