Physical DescriptionA rectangular sticker from the campaign of Wendell Willkie. At the center of the white sticker is the illustration of a large pair of dark blue wings. Between the wings is a white circle containing a U.S. military aircraft insignia (a red dot within a white star within a blue circle). Red text encircling the insignia reads: WILLKIE / WINGS FOR AMERICA.
Historical NoteWendell Willkie was the Republican Party’s presidential candidate in 1940.
