Physical DescriptionA Democratic pin from the 1940 campaign. It consists of a pin in the form of the year "1940" in cutout numbers. Suspended from the bottom of the 1940 pin is a length of chain on which hangs a small donkey. All the components are made of gold-colored metal.
Historical NoteThis pin was sent to Eleanor Roosevelt, for the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library, by Mrs. Raymond Drecki of Garfield, New Jersey.
