Physical DescriptionA small, printed poster in recognition of the Bill of Rights. The color poster features Franklin D. Roosevelt seated at a desk and in the midst of writing a multi-page document, possibly Proclamation 2524 for Bill of Rights Day. Behind him is a representation of a 1941 poster by Howard Chandler Christy marking the 150th anniversary of the ratification of the Bill of Rights. The Chandler poster shows Lady Liberty flanked by the words "BILL OF RIGHTS" on one side and the First Amendment rights listed on the other side: FREEDOM of SPEECH / FREEDOM of ASSEMBLY / FREEDOM of RELIGION / FREEDOM of the Press.
