Physical DescriptionA round pinback campaign button. At the center, on a white background, is a black and white halftone photographic image of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Encircling the edge of the button is a black band on which is white text that reads: FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT / FOR PRESIDENT.

Historical NoteThis campaign button was the first one of the first thousand, and the first “Roosevelt for President” button to be circulated.
