Physical DescriptionA poster promoting wartime discretion. The color poster features an illustration of a uniformed American sailor striding away and looking back over his shoulder. He is carrying a large, rope-tied canvas bundle on his left shoulder. The artist facsimile signature is located on the bundle: JOHN FALTER / USNR. A red block with white text, superimposed over the lower portion of the illustration, reads: If you tell where he is going . . . he may never / get there!

Small black text printed along the bottom edge of the poster reads: U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE : 1943—O-556153 / Distributed for the Issuing Agency by the Office of War Information.
