Physical DescriptionA 1944 campaign stamp cover with an anti-Roosevelt cachet. The white envelope bears a bright red violet U.S. 3¢ Telegraph Issue stamp (Scott 924). On the left side of the envelope is a cachet consisting of blue and red text that reads: ONE / TWO / THREE! / IN AMERICA THAT MEANS / [illustration of man pointing to] 'YER / OUT!' / NO FOURTH TERM!
The envelope is hand addressed in ink to: Mr. Geo Stahl / 1430 Isabella / Wilmette / Ill. It is postmarked Monroe, Michigan, October 18, 1944. There is no return address.
