Physical DescriptionA small black and white World War II conservation poster with a red border. The poster features a cartoon of two young boys playing outside. One of the boys is riding a hobby horse and says to the other, who is riding a “RACER” tricycle, "'You'll have to come to it sooner or later, Melvin.'" Behind the boys, a cat walks across the top of a wooden fence on which is posted a “SAVE RUBBER” sign. The artist’s facsimile signature is in the lower right corner of the artwork: “Garrett Price.”
