Physical DescriptionA small handmade campaign poster. The poster features a small black and white cutout photographic portrait of FDR that has been adhered to the poster. Black text above and below the images reads: “TWO GOOD TERMS DESERVE ANOTHER / CARRY ON WITH FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT.” This is followed by a poem: “ONLY GOD CAN MAKE A TREE / ONLY ROOSEVELT CAN KEEP US FREE / AND SHOULD YOU FOR WILLKIE VOTE / WE POOR FOLKS WILL BE THE GOAT. / SO, LET’S BE SMART and DO WHAT’S RIGHT / and ELECT FRANK ROOSEVELT TO SHOW US THE LIGHT / FOR WITH HIM WE KNOW OUR FIGHT IS WON / LIKE REAL AMERICANS, ONE FOR ALL and ALL FOR ONE. / VOTE FOR FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT for PEACE and HAPPINESS / created by Lilyan Youn[g].”

Mounted to the right of FDR’s image is another black and white photographic cutout, this one of Edward J. Flynn encircled by text: “• NATIONAL CAMPAIGN MANAGER • HON. EDWARD J. FLYNN.”

The poster is mounted to a cardboard backer.
