Physical DescriptionA self-adjusting footrest. The footrest has a wood frame and a padded and vegetable-tanned leather covered top panel supported by firm iron alloy springs which allow for flexible support. The leather cover has an embossed reptile pattern, and the top edges of the wood panels are trimmed with plastic secured by finishing nails.

The underside of the footrest is painted black and has round rubber feet in each corner. Adhered to the underside is the manufacturer's label for Roseth & Dahl of Brooklyn, New York that also includes information about the footrest.
