Physical DescriptionA model of a three-masted, full-rigged ship named the MARIPOSA. The wooden ship has a white hull with blue trim and white metal unfurled sails. The American flag and a series of nautical flags hang from the mast at the stern. Figures of sailors can be seen on the deck. The model is fixed within a glass and wood case with a base painted green to represent the sea.
