Physical DescriptionA bilboquet game consisting of a heavily carved Chinese ivory stand and post with a point at top over which a removable ivory ball with a small hole sits. The post is in three sections joined to each other - and to the base - with threaded connections. The ivory ball was attached to the stand by a piece of string, a fragment of which remains on the stand.
Historical NoteThis bilboquet game is on display in FDR'S PRIVATE STUDY in the Permanent Exhibit.
