Physical DescriptionA campaign automobile bumper banner, possibly from Franklin Roosevelt's 1932 campaign. The long, narrow off-white banner has black text that reads: ROOSEVELT for PRESIDENT. The reverse of the banner has three metal strips for attachment to a bumper.
Historical NoteThis banner, used for campaigning in the states of Oregon and Washington, was sent to Eleanor Roosevelt by Marian H. Holstrom of Portland, Oregon.
