Physical DescriptionAn engraved and sandblasted Finnish glass vase with figures depicting the Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins. The artist's signature is etched on the bottom: G. Gustafsson - Th. Kappi Oy. Riihimaki - 37.
Historical NoteThis vase was presented to Sara Delano Roosevelt by Hjalmar Procope, the Minister for the government of Finland at the 1939 New York World's Fair.
