Physical DescriptionMounted within the bottom half of a typewriter ribbon case is a miniature sculpture of a three-masted sailing ship with cellophane sails unfurled, a black-painted wooden hull, and a blue and white painted clay ocean beneath. The two-piece metal case is painted orange, black, and white with gold-tone accents. Printed on the cover: Underwood Elliott Fisher Co. Symbol above with the company logo/motto above: SPEEDS THE WORLD'S BUSINESS. On the bottom half of the case: UNDERWOOD / ELLIOTT FISHER / COMPANY / SALES & SERVICE / EVERYWHERE / MADE IN U.S.A. Adhered to the bottom is a sticker with typed text: D-28-23.
