Physical Descriptiona) A white envelope bearing four U.S. 1925 1/2¢ Nathan Hale stamps (Scott 551) arranged in a "V" formation. On the left side of the envelope is a red, white, and blue cachet featuring a large "V" containing the British and American flags, war industry images, Morse code for "V", and the victory sign. The "V" is flanked by photographic headshots of Churchill and Roosevelt with a banner below them reading: VICTORY LEADERS.

The envelope is addressed to (typed): FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT / WHITE HOUSE / WASHINGTON, D.C. It is postmarked Washington, D.C., June 14, 1942.
