Physical Descriptiona) An Electoral College ballot for 1933 in the form of a small, cardstock card. Black text on the white card reads: For President of the United States / FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT / of the State of New York.
b) The ballot is stored in a small, white envelope (along with Garner ballot MO 1955.52.2) with a handwritten ink message: Souvenir / Roosevelt - Garner / Electoral College / Albany, January 4, 1933. An additional handwritten note at the top of the envelope reads: file / "personal" / FDR file / GT.
