Physical DescriptionA black and white lithographic print depicting a farm scene centered on two mail boxes. In the foreground are the mailboxes mounted on a wagon wheel on which is perched a black crow. A windmill and farmhouse are visible in the background. Printed in the lower left: FEDERAL ART PROJECT / N.Y.C. W.P.A. The title is handwritten in pencil at the bottom center: Rural Mail. The artist's signature is in the lower right: Bernard Steffen. The number "19" is written in pencil in the lower right corner.
