Physical DescriptionA black and white lithographic print depicting an urban scene. It shows a view looking out over dwellings, manufacturing plants, and water towers. The artist's signature is printed in the lower right corner of image: Basil Hawkins. It is titled in pencil by the artist in the lower left below the image: Spring Evening. The artist's original signature is in pencil in the lower right below the image: Basil Hawkins.

The print is matted, glazed, and framed in a 5/8" black wood frame with gilt liner. Attached to back of frame is a WPA Art Program identification card indicating the artist, state, medium, and the title of the work.
