The artist's signature is in the lower right: Lawrence E. Kupferman. Handwritten in the lower right: July 20, 1938. Written in pencil on the reverse: WPA - 1938 / "MARLBOROUGH STREET MANSION" / JULY, 1938 / LAWRENCE E KUPFERMAN / 9 X 12" - DRYPOINT / 403-68 / 13.
