Physical DescriptionA small wood plaque featuring a mounted metal eagle design from the Seal of the President of the United States. The eagle is gold-plated with a red, white, and blue enameled shield, and the words “E PLURIBUS UNUM” filled in with dark blue enamel.
The reverse side of the plaque is covered in blue felt, upon which a small brass plate is mounted. The plate features the following inscription: "PRESENTED TO PRESIDENT FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT BY THE QUARTERMASTER CORPS U.S. ARMY."
