Physical DescriptionA round pinback button from Franklin Roosevelt's campaign. At the center of the button is a blue and white illustration of FDR, his hands on a ship's wheel labeled FORTIS NON TIMET. An image of the National Recovery Administration (NRA) eagle rises above FDR's right shoulder. Red text at the bottom of the illustration reads: LOCAL 89 I.L.G.W.U. Encircling the edge of the button is a broad red band with white text that reads: DON'T CHANGE THE PILOT / RE-ELECT F.D. ROOSEVELT. The manufacturer's information is printed on the reverse of the button.
