Below the header are four numbered points regarding the movement of troops and material and reminders not to not discuss information related to the war effort that may reach Japan. The message is followed by the facsimile signatures of Major General Clayton Bissell, U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Hewlett Thebaud, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director J. Edgard Hoover. Printed along the very bottom of the flier: ★ U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE : 1945-O-647120.
On the reverse of the poster is mailing information with a typed address to: Nellie Gouin / Go-In Tavern / 1107 1st Avenue / Seattle Wash. A printed return address for the War Department is also included.
