Physical DescriptionA Presidential Party ribbon badge for Franklin Roosevelt. Hanging from a gold-colored metal pinback nameplate is a blue ribbon with gold text that reads: MEMBER / PRESIDENTIAL / PARTY / POLICE LINES / PLEASE PASS / M. H. McINTYRE / PRESIDENTIAL SEC'TY. Typed on a paper insert inside the nameplate is text that reads: THE CANDIDATE / DEM. PARTY / franklin roosevelt.
Historical NoteThis badge was used during FDR's 1936 presidential campaign.
