Physical Descriptiona) A 1" St. Christopher medal inserted into a small card titled: St. Christopher Be My Guide. The obverse side has lines for the holders name, street, and city to be written in. Printed on reverse side of card is the Travelers Daily Prayer. From Graymoor, Garrison, New York.

b) A clear plastic protector sleeve for the card (a).
Historical NoteThis medal and card were among the items found inside Eleanor Roosevelt’s wallet after her death. The medal and card were likely made by the Graymoor Franciscan Sisters of the Atonement in Garrison, New York. Facsimiles of the medal and card are displayed alongside other items found in Mrs. Roosevelt’s wallet in the Museum’s FIRST LADY OF THE WORLD gallery.
