Physical DescriptionA shallow, curved hat covered with fabric petals and velvet leaves - in shades of green, purple, and white - placed over a starched buckram (cotton) form. The hat is accented by several faux flower buds on green stems. A metal hatpin with a green head and a metal hairpin are inserted into the hat. Sewn to the interior of the hat is a fabric maker's label that reads: Tacy.
