Physical DescriptionA round pinback coat-tail button from the campaigns of Franklin Roosevelt and Wilbur Cross. The button is divided into three horizontal sections, blue at the top and bottom and white in the center. White and blue text reads: SUPPORT / CROSS /FOR GOVERNOR / ROOSEVELT. The manufacturer's information is printed on the rim of the button.


Historical NoteThis 1936 campaign button features presidential candidate Franklin Roosevelt and Wilbur L. Cross, the Democratic Party’s successful candidate for reelection as governor of Connecticut.
