Physical DescriptionA beige colored cushion embroidered with a red, white, and blue American flag on a flagpole. Black embroidered text below the flag reads: “If I Had a thousand Lives I'd live them all for you.” A design representing the Flag of Texas is sewn on the opposite side of the cushion. The edge of the cushion is trimmed with red cord.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt on February 28, 1942. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
