Physical DescriptionA small World War II U.S. Army conservation poster. The color poster features a graphic illustration of water flowing from a faucet. Text below the image states: “WATER WASTE means WATER SHORTAGE / Run no more than you need – then turn it off tight!"

Along the bottom of the poster is the U.S. Army Conservation Program “SAVE” logo and small text that reads: “ARMY CONSERVATION PROJECT NO. 98-E-21 / OFFICE CHIEF OF ENGINEERS.”

Printed on the reverse side of the poster are instructions for posting and distribution.
