DescriptionA red, white, and blue crocheted 48-star American flag with stars on both the front and reverse sides of the flag. Threaded through two holes on the flag's header is a dark gold crocheted rope with a tassel on either end.

Custodial History NoteDeposited at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum by Franklin D. Roosevelt on October 20, 1941. It was donated as a bequest of FDR to the Library in 1947.
