DescriptionA 1944 campaign stamp cover with an anti-Roosevelt cachet. The white envelope bears a violet U.S. 3¢ Win the War Issue stamp (Scott 905). On the left side of the envelope is a cachet consisting of bronze and green text that reads: "There Is No / Indispensable Man" / From F.D.R.'s New York speech / November 3, 1932. The text is bordered by a silver box.

The envelope is hand addressed in ink to: Paul J. Miller / 48 W. 6th St. / Pottstown / Pa. It is postmarked Jacksonville, Florida, November 2, 1944. Stamped and written on the reverse of the envelope is information regarding the cachet: This Cachet Designed / and Sponsored by / WILLIAM S. LINTO / 4920 N.E. 16th Ave / PORTLAND, 11, ORE. / Cachet No. 607 / Covers Issued 51 / Cover No. 19.
