DescriptionA Spanish language poster titled, “RUMBO A TOKIO," [Heading to Tokyo]. On the right side of the poster is a large sepia tone photographic image of the battleship USS IOWA at sea in the Pacific, firing its anti-aircraft guns. A paragraph at the top of the image mentions the vast distances that had to be covered to fight Japan and describes the two maps on the left side of the poster. On the left side of the poster is an illustrated map of the world with red arrows pointing to the four main concerns for Japanese military leaders and indicating possible directions of attacks by American forces against Japan. Below the world map is an illustrated map of Japan showing strategic cities and industrial centers.
