DescriptionA plush, pink oval throw rug made of rayon. On one end of the rug is a black silhouette image of a Scottie dog. On the other end of the rug, in black script lettering, is the name "Falla" [sic]. The rug is backed with three tiered layers of tan felt with a zigzag cut at the edges.
Label TextFDR had a lifelong affection for pets. The best known was Fala, a Scottish terrier given to him by his distant cousin, Margaret “Daisy” Suckley, in 1940. During World War II, Fala became Roosevelt’s constant companion and the most famous dog in America.Additional Details
