DescriptionA small woven campaign banner. At the center of the white rectangular banner with a curved bottom edge is a blue halftone reproduction of a Jacob H. Perskie pencil drawing of the head and shoulders of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Blue and red text above and below the image reads: WIN WITH / FRANKLIN D. / ROOSEVELT / OUR NEXT / PRESIDENT. Patriotic stars and stripes flank the image and the entire banner is edged in red.
