DescriptionA navy blue necktie with a pattern consisting of blue-gray donkeys with white shadowing, and white zigzag bands with the name "ROOSEVELT" in blue lettering. A cardstock stiffener has been sewn inside the lower section of the tie. Sewn on the reverse side of the necktie is a small tag that reads: RESILIENT / CONSTRUCTION.

Wrapped around the top of the folded-over necktie is a silver and blue cardstock label that reads: HAND / MADE / FOR / BETTER / WEAR. Printed on the reverse of the label: MILL PRINTING CO., INC. N. Y.
